Privacy Policy
Toki Keyboard (operated by PlaySonetto) does not collect personal information. There is no operator server, the keyboard does not use the internet, and what you type is neither stored nor sent anywhere. There is no sign-up, login, advertising or analytics tool. Payment for the in-app purchase (Get Enter) is handled by Apple through the App Store, and the operator does not receive payment information.
What you type
The letters, sentences and passwords you type on the keyboard are never stored, logged or sent off your device. The keyboard handles a character only at the moment it puts it into the text field, and the game uses only facts such as "how many times you typed", "whether it was a space or a double consonant" and "whether the text field became empty (sent)". In password and phone number fields, iOS shows the default keyboard instead of Toki Keyboard.

This information is not sent to anyone, including the operator. The content of what you type does not appear anywhere in this table.
Full Access
"Allow Full Access" in iOS is optional. Typing, pet battles, upgrades, Toki's growth and switching pets all work without it. When on, it is used only, within what iOS allows, for ① typing sounds (speaker) ② haptics ③ sharing the records above with the app. Even with Full Access on, the keyboard does not connect to the internet and does not send what you type. You can turn it off at any time in Settings › Apps › Toki Keyboard › Keyboards.
Payments
Toki Keyboard is a free app with one in-app purchase, "Get Enter" (a one-time payment). Apple processes purchases and refunds through your Apple Account, and the operator does not receive or store payment information such as card numbers, payment accounts, receipts or transaction IDs. Using Apple's StoreKit, the app checks only whether "Enter has been brought in" on this device and writes that to the device; it does not store or send any other purchase history anywhere.
Provision to third parties
No personal information is provided to third parties or entrusted to them for processing. No advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are used. Payments are processed by Apple Inc. under Apple's privacy policy. Data processing by the App Store and TestFlight themselves follows Apple's policies.
Retention and how to delete
- Daily records are kept for the last 30 days only, and older days are deleted automatically.
- Deleting the Toki Keyboard app deletes all records and settings in the keyboard storage and the shared storage.
- Since the operator holds no stored information, there is nothing to request deletion of. If you have questions, please contact us below.
Children's information
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the information we handle changes, we will update this page and note the revision date before the app update.
