Toki Keyboard · TOKI KEYBOARD
Terms of Use
Thank you for using Toki Keyboard (operated by PlaySonetto). The terms of use for the app you get from the App Store follow the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), and these terms add details about in-app purchases, refunds and using the keyboard. If the two differ, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
1. What is free and in-app purchases
- Toki Keyboard is a free app. The Hangul (Dubeolsik, Cheonjiin), English and number keyboards, the first pet Toki, pet battles, upgrades, the daily run, pet levels, and typing sounds and haptics (when Full Access is on) are free. There are no subscriptions, ads or random (loot box) items.
- The in-app purchase "Get Enter" is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase that brings in the second pet, Enter. A pet you buy is yours to keep using. The price follows the local price the App Store shows on the payment screen.
- Enter can also be brought in with the game currency "keycaps". You earn keycaps only when the run levels up and from treasure chests (up to 20 a day, renewed at 4 AM), and they are not sold for money or exchanged for money. Keycaps and pet levels exist only on this device, so deleting the app deletes them too.
- All features, including choosing a pet you have brought in, work without "Allow Full Access" on the keyboard (only typing sounds, haptics and viewing records in the app need Full Access under iOS).
- With the same Apple Account, you can get back a pet you bought by using "Restore Purchases" in the app after changing devices or reinstalling.
2. Refunds and withdrawal
- Apple handles payments and refunds. You can request a refund under Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- An in-app purchase is digital content you start using as soon as you pay, so after payment, withdrawal of the purchase may be restricted under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. of Korea. If something is wrong, such as it not working as described, please tell us at the contact below.
3. Using the keyboard
- Toki Keyboard does not store or send what you type. The information it handles is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Because of iOS restrictions, you must use the default keyboard for dictation, password fields and similar.
- The rights to the app and its artwork and sound belong to the operator and the respective license providers (see "Credits" in the app).
4. Changes to these terms
If the terms change, the revision date will be noted on this page. Changes that are unfavorable to users will be announced together with the app update notes.
